Accessible via trailheads in Chautauqua Park, the famous foothills known as the Flatirons provide varied and unique climbing routes, including technical climbs and bouldering. Made of fountain-formation sandstone like Eldorado Canyon, the faces of Flatiron 1, 2 and 3 offer such popular routes as the North Ridge (Flatiron 1) and the East Face (Flatiron 3).
